Report an error

Write to [email protected] with the page address, what is wrong, and the hospital's price file if you have it. A line from the file showing the right figure is the fastest way to get it fixed.

What happens next

• We check the figure against the hospital's file.
• If the file says what the page says, we keep the figure and tell you where it appears in the file.
• If we misread the file, we fix the figure and record the change below with its date.
• If the hospital's file is wrong, we keep the figure as published and tell you so. Only the hospital can correct its own file.
